NEARLY 100 vehicles and motorcycles were on show at Moree Motor Trade Expo and Show and Shine at Jellicoe Park on Sunday.
Moree Motor Enthusiasts’ Club hosted the annual event, drawing visitors from across New South Wales and Queensland.
Moree Motor Trade Expo and Car Show
The exhibition provided the perfect backdrop to the Fathers’ Day Moree Markets, held a stone’s throw away.
Moree Motor Enthusiasts’ Club president Mark Treloar said the event was again a huge success.
“It was a fantastic morning, with visitors from Newcastle and the Hunter Valley as well as Crows Nest in Queensland. We also had cars from Inverell, Armidale, Warialda and Tamworth,” Mr Treloar said.
“We had the Jaguar Club here as well, with members from different areas who brought 14 cars all up.”
Best Club Car was an aqua Ford Mustang, owned by Fred Nolan, and Best Street Rod went to a 1947 blood-orange Chevrolet, owned by Lindsay Keynes.
There were plenty of Holdens and plenty of Fords, with the Best Represented Club going to the Jaguar Drivers’ Club, with members bringing 14 vehicles from different areas.
