A man has died after a single vehicle crash a few kilometres north of Moree.
Shortly after 9pm last night, Saturday, November 29, emergency services responded to reports a vehicle had rolled over on the Carnarvon Highway about 10 kilometres north of Moree, near Glen Prairie Road turn-off.
Emergency services, Police and Transport for NSW attended the scene, about 10 kilometres south of Ashley.
The driver – a 32-year-old man – died prior to the arrival of emergency services.
NSW Ambulance paramedics conveyed a 31-year-old male passenger to Moree Hospital as a precaution.
Officers from New England Police District established a crime scene and have commenced an investigation.
A report will be prepared for the information of the coroner.
