Kevin Lloyd Gainey, of Belmont, Newcastle, formerly of Moree, passed away at John Hunter Hospital on Tuesday, August 25, aged 80.
Kevin, who lived at Belmont in Newcastle, was the much-loved father of his only son, Dean, and cherished grandfather of Kody and Riley.
His family said Kevin passed peacefully, surrounded by those closest to him and listening to his favourite music.
“He will remain forever in the hearts of his family.”
Funeral arrangements have not yet been provided.
