Mum's & Bub's Group
About this event
Mum’s & Bub’s Group meets every Monday morning for parents and carers with children aged 0 to 2, run by Centacare Moree through the Rural Parenting Resilience Program.
Term 4 dates: Monday 19 October, 26 October, 2 November, 9 November, 16 November, 23 November, 30 November, 7 December and 14 December.
Sessions run from 8.30am to 11.30am and light refreshments are provided.
On Monday 2 November a North West Nutrition information session is part of the morning.
On Monday 16 November the group hosts the Mum’s Health Checks from 9.30am, with free health and skin checks, information on women’s health and wellbeing, and details of local support services. Children are welcome to attend. The health checks have their own registration form.
