Site establishment
Health Infrastructure has engaged Hutchinson Builders – Hutchies – to deliver the construction works for the Moree Hospital Redevelopment.
Prior to commencing construction works, Hutchies will be undertaking enabling works and setting up a temporary site compound.
Enabling works will include the relocation of the ambulance ramp to an adjacent temporary location, relocation of the flagpoles and associated minor works.
As the redevelopment construction phase progresses more information will be shared on changes to access and parking.
Hutchies’ work times will be Monday to Friday between 7am and 6pm and Saturday 8am to 1pm.
Staff and neighbours will be notified in advance of any changes to these days and times.
The Moree District Hospital Redevelopment features a new acute services building, which will house the emergency department and operating theatres, medical imaging department, maternity, birthing and inpatient unit, pathology, and a new main entry and front of house.
